‘Mingo

Mingo is our opportunity to spice things up on the farm. We wanted to brew a beer that stands apart from the rest of our lineup. Brewed with Scottish pale ale malt, malted wheat, a blend of our favorite old school and new school hops, and a new yeast strain, ‘Mingo is certainly unique. Be bold, be brave, stand out. Just be sure to stand for something.

Sunrise Over Sea

Our Fruited Kettle Sour series. We enjoy experimenting with a variety of fruits and this tart, refreshing, low ABV beer allows us to feature new combinations in each batch. The tartness of this beer shines bright while the fruit character provides a tidal wave of flavor throughout.

Seek the Wild

Our wild ale series. Back in 2016 we isolated two strains of native, wild yeast growing here on the farm. After more than a year of test batches and trials we are excited to offer wild ales fermented with these yeast strains. Each batch of Seek the Wild is unique and may feature mixed cultures, native or exotic fruit, local malt or local grains but will all have one thing in common: our own native yeast. Life’s an adventure, Seek the Wild.

Katahdin Fields

A series of mixed culture Farmhouse Ales. The journey for these beers is always slow, deliberate, and diverse - with time spent in stainless, oak, and bottles long before reaching your glass. As with all good journeys though, the wait is always worth it.
